Capital raisings arranged through Pitch40 are conducted within the scope of OCF's regulated investment services and under OCF's regulatory responsibility. Pitch40 focuses particularly on smaller funding requirements and has access to a network of private investors and family offices.
This provides a dedicated offering for early-stage companies, complementing OCF's advisory services in M&A, capital raising and strategic ownership decisions.
